Walt
holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Aeronautical Engineering from
M.I.T. (where he studied both aircraft and automotive design) and a Ph.D.
in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan.
He also studied as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Center for Creative Leadership
in Greensboro, North Carolina. While at M.I.T. he was admitted to
Sigma Gamma Tau, the national aerospace honorary fraternity. Walt
combines a rigorous academic background with more than 20 years experience
in management and organizational development, and domestic and international
marketing and product development, with an emphasis on technology enterprises. |
