Fulton Armory Warranty and Return Privilege

Any damage or shortage must be reported to Fulton Armory within 7 days of receipt.

RETURNS: You may return any product for refund, less shipping, within 30 days of purchase. You must include a copy of the original invoice! Returned items must be unaltered, in their original condition and packaging and with the original documentation (if applicable) in which you received them. In other words, the product must be resaleable. After 30 days from purchase, no refunds or credits are possible.

WRONG ITEM: If you receive an incorrect item, return it with a note so that we can get you the correct item ASAP. While "cross-shipping" is not possible, if your need is urgent, we'll send out the replacement right away and cancel your charge for the replacement once we receive the returned item. When the error is ours, if you'd like we'll cheerfully reimburse standard ground shipping for the returned item.

LIMITED WARRANTY: All Fulton Armory products carry a twelve month or 12,000 round (whichever comes first) materials and workmanship warranty to the original owner with the original invoice only. During that period should a product fail under normal use (expected wear and tear excepted, of course) we will repair or replace that product as appropriate.

Transportation to and from our repair facilities, damage caused by failure to perform normal maintenance, damage due to use of high velocity, high pressure, reloaded or other non-standard ammunition, or any unauthorized repair, modification, misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product are not covered by our LIMITED WARRANTY.

It is the responsibility of the customer (or end user) to comply with All Federal, Local and State Regulations!

Be certain to safeguard your original invoice!

Remember, you can pay more, but you will get less!

Maryland Customers: Please Read

Firearms transfers to Maryland residents that require Maryland State Police forms and processing will incur a documentation fee of $50. Transfers to Maryland residents that do not require MSP processing will incur a documentation fee of $30. These fees will be due at the time of order and are, alas, non-refundable. We reget the need to past these costs on to our Maryland customers; we don't make the rules, but we do have to follow them.
